Have not been on much lately. So have a girlfriend and having difficulty finding balance between her, friends , work and time for me. I want to make her a priority and keep balance. We have fun together. Doing MS ride this Saturday.100 mile bike ride. The longest I have done is 80 in one day. She has trained more for these long rides and is a bit competitive. I have to say that that smarts a lttle that she is a little better, but not so much that I don't enjoy it.I really like that we can bike and run together. Work is going well also. I got a new therapist that I see every week and that I really trust can help me through some of my childhood stuff. We just went through some history the other day and it messes me up for a few days.I am making it through and I think is best in the long run. If I don't work through it how could I ever be a healthy husband and father. So I think that it is really important.

Just started new class yesterday.Tomorrow evening have class also.Have not taken classes forever,and am looking forward to it. Spending time with friends quite a bit and work has been busy.A little anqious to run or bike. I cracked ribs a few weeks ago and have not been able to do things. but feel much better.I am so grateful that I feel good and have enthusiasm back.Thank God.
