Drawing, poetry, dreaming, sleeping, eating, cooking, walking. Studying online. (work a lot.) and time spent with friends. Good friends are worth more than gold. Cherish what is most important and keep as a priority in your life.

Well I will be brief. For lack of better words, I am an adult child of recovered alcoholics and am still dealing with the pain left from my up bringing. I also have ADD and at times anxiety for various reasons. I am in this group because, like many, I need healing and understanding so that I will forgive and let go of this residual and at times, down spiraling anger. Thanks for reading. love to all.
Open Miscarriage
Had a mc years ago, had all kinds of emotions about it and did not feel I could discuss it with anyone. Felt so much shame and guilt bec. I was not ready. This happened a second time when I was older and remains more vivid than the first. It just left a scar on me emotionally and the guy I was seeing at the time wanted me to believe it was all caused by stress. This was - over 10 years ago, but it left such painful scar because of the whole experience. I kept it hidden inside.
