x-rayed this morning. The experience made me think of something that might happen in a funny movie or a sitcom--the first three shots of the knee went fine, but there was a fourth shot where I had to lay on my right side (not completely, but partway, bolstered by a pillow) and bend the knee. This required 3 or 4 attempts--and for the last one or two, one of the hospital's quality control specialists needed to be present. All that trouble for just one x-ray. But fortunately, after that, I was done. Wish me luck!
