Last Thursday (not this week, but last week), I was changing my clothes and all of a sudden felt a pop around my right knee, followed by excruciating pain. The "excruciating" subsided, but since then the knee has hurt on and off, to varying degrees. And in different places on the knee. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the pain. For example, one day I walked to the neighborhood Subway (a mile round trip) to only feel a little bit sore as I got closer to home--but that night I stood up to feel a new excruciating pain in a different place on that knee. I saw my doctor yesterday (previously-scheduled visit) and he thinks there's fluid on the knee and prescribed Naproxen. Also, I have to have the knee x-rayed.
