An Experiment Mood
Friday, April 11, 2008 | An Educational story

I'm going to keep track of the weather--whether it's sunny, etc.--and see if there's any correlation with the time I feel tired enough to go to bed. And write it on the calendar.

Because Wednesday, when it was sunny all day, I started dozing off in my chair and ended up going to bed around 7PM.

Thursday, I read what my friend here, who has bipolar, had said about sunshine making him feel blue. And this made me wonder about sunshine's impact on my bipolar--tiredness and low energy being two of the main ways in which I feel the depression part of it.

Then last night, I felt like going to bed at my usual time (9PM) after having made a lot of headway reading the very same book I'd been falling asleep over the night before.

Could the fact that all that day, that day, it was cloudy, icky and rainy, have had anything to do with it?
