  Thanks for the hug! I'm finally getting up and about. They did the second 2 surgeries on the aneurysm and everythings supposed to be fine now. Had a little mix-up with the wrong drug during surgery so one side has been a little paralyzed so it has taken me a little longer to catch up with my email.

  awww... don't be scared. hubby had papillary, but the outer tumor had grown into his shoulder and around one jugular vein -- so he had a radical neck dissection and the highest level of RAI they give (isolation in the lead-lined room for 4 days!) and.. he is fine now! so everything will be ok!
  
  you'll want to learn all you can about the low iodide cooking, since it's likely you'll go on those diets for follow-up testing. learn to cook it ahead for those days you feel drained.
  
  for some reason, i have trouble getting on/staying on this site. i also don't spend a lot of time online, so if you don't see me for a bit, i'll be around sooner or later.
  
  remember-- DON'T be scared. if you have faith, lean heavily on that. it's the best medicine!

  Thanks for the hug, malbers! I ended up having 5 surgeries to implant a stent in the brain because it moved after the first one then a blood clot formed. They still didn't get it in the right place so I have to be on meds to dissolve the clot then go back in in another month. You're so right about being kicked one after the other. My brother went with me to my preop visit and he couldn't believe the long list of conditions and diseases I have. He hadn't heard them listed all at once before.

  Good luck with the treatment- you seem to have the same kind of results I get- went in for an MRI to check out nodules and they found a huge brain aneurysm. Keep up the fight!
