Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Mostly have been a yo-yo dieter. I have never successfully lost more than 25 pounds at one time.
Treatments
- Counting Calories Working / Worked
- It works beautifully when I am honest about what I am eating... and record it!
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- it works when I have the mindset to actually do it. WHen I don't ... well it shows.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Jazzercise has added strength and muscle to my body. Now I need to get the layer of fat off of the 6 pack abs.
- Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
- I always started out good but fell off of teh wagon and eventually quit countless times
- Meridia Working / Worked
- Worked great. Ate very little and didnt feel an urge to eat. I think this is how naturally thin people must think and eat. Unfortunatley I had nonstop sinusitus while on it and had to quit after 3 months. I needed to sleep without a constant sore throat
