I found limiting caffeine helped because I was always running on empty and used the coffee to keep me going. Decaf is the most I drink and I try to keep it under 3 cups a day. Drinking to much coffee, or stopping coffee (withdrawal) can cause headaches. So try to gradually cut down on the coffee. If you know how many cups you drink a day reduce it by one cup a week. My headaches were really bad because I decided one day just to stop it and it was too much. It went a lot more smoothly when I took a more gradual approach.
Also watch the painkillers you are taking, as they might have caffeine in them. This is added to help the painkiller to be absorbed more quickly. If you can, try to get painkillers without caffeine. Thinking of you x
