About Me

I am a 34yr old Firefighter/Paramedic. I have a home with 2 boys (3yrs & 5) and married 10+ years to my wife whom became pregnant with our 3rd child just before I began my treatment, so we are both wiped out taking care of things at home. My wife is very successful but works insanely long hours at the moment. I feel like I am slowly coming apart at the seams but have always had a positive take on the future. I have faith in my family, just need some extra help. I contracted HCV through a tattoo I got in Thailand about 13 years ago. The docs say that as healthy as I am treatment now would have a better outcome say than later on down the road. Often I find that I am pissed off and frustrated that my body isn't working the way I think that it should, but I have a tremendous amount to be thankful for and a lifetime of experience to expound upon.
