Thanks for your comments. I sang "On Eagles Wings". I have always loved that one. But when the organists saw it, she said,"Oh this is really pretty. We do it a lot at funerals." lol. I think it went okay anyway. And yes, Mandi at one time wanted to be a chef. The food network is her favorite channel. lol.

Hey, found the keys. When I picked up my older daughter to take her to her breathing lesson, I said something about spending an hour looking for her sister's keys and she said, "Oh, they're in my room. I accidently picked them up with my binder last night. I forgot to tell you." AAAAHHHHHH!!!!! Anyways, alls well that ends well.

Close Food Addiction
I didn't know this community existed as I signed up for Obesity and Diet and Weight Maintenance. But clearly this is a place I belong. Upon turning 60, the term "morbidly obese" took on new meaning and I know I must address this at long last. I've been fat since I was 9 with the exception of two years in my adulthood. I'm a binger and sweets are my biggest weakness though I can make something from nothing when it comes to food.
Treatments
- Suzanne Somers Diet Not Working
- Just changed the category of food that I ate uncontrollably from!
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- Lost 120 pounds on this and did fine maintaining for a while. Then gained back 70 pounds before I came to my senses and decided I had to act.
Close Obesity
I'm obese. End of story. Have been for the majority of my 60 years on planet earth. Trying to get to a point where they won't need a five gallon container for my ashes.
Treatments
- Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
- I worked when I worked it, but the expense makes me reluctant to go back. Of course, how "costly" is morbid obesity? I'm trying this to see if it will be helpful.
- Atkins Diet Not Working
- Just didn't seem much healthier than being fat!
