I feel great!!!

And I am terribly sorry to all my friends here,

you guys are wonderful and since I have been

feeling so much better I find I am not spending

that much time on the computer. So I haven't

gotten around to writting up the Discussions

topic I have been wanting to on why I feel so good!

Although any of you who have been reading my

journal will have an idea.

It is the diet!! Oh My God!! I am loving this, I can't

remember the last time I felt so good, I have been

'living with' and 'dealing with' the pain for so long.

This is incredible!

I have almost NO PAIN! I am losing weight, I am no

longer hiding away in my house all the time away

from people! I'm so happy.

All I had to do was cut the wheat, most dairy &

I rarely eat red meat or pork, that was partly my

choice, I never have been a big red meat or pork

eatter.

The Wheat was the big one for me, cutting that

out of my diet has made the most magnificent

difference.

I have started execising again, I wake up an hour eariler

every morning now, do a warm up, 200 jump rope skips,

abs, then a cool down, jump in the shower and I feel

like a powerhouse!!

And I am so proud of my Mom!! I could cry.

She has jumped right into this with me &

has started eatting healthier & taking better

care of herself.  I want my mom in good health

and hanging out with me for as long as I can

keep her.... her doing this means so much to

me!

WooHoo!

I am getting bad about keeping my online journal updated.

But I am still keeping up with my pain & diet journal.

Today... Still feeling pretty good!

I will be writing up a discussions topic

on what I did to take my life back from the

pain soon, I am working on the rough draft

right now.

I can't brag enough about the diet I am on and how much better

I feel, everyone has noticed already the impact it has had, the

ladies at work mentioned today how nice it was to see me

out of constant pain and my old cheerful self!  I feel amazing.

Have to thank my mom again for getting me the books and

support to take control of my life again!
