LAST NIGHT WHILE I WAS WATCHING TV I PULLED 5-6 HAIRS I KNEW I WAS DOING IT BUT DID NOT STOP.

Im 46 yr old female married with 3 children.I have been pulling out my hair for the last 35 yrs,at times I have stop for a few months but then go back to the pulling I need to stop but cannot..I want to stop.
