Never Ending Job Search Mood

I need to find a job. I have been looking and applying for just about 11 months now. I need a miracle or a few! I lost my job 2 years ago due to injury and having to take care of very elderly family. So now I can't find a job because this job market is so bad here. I need a miracle!
