I’m With You
OMG Tammy, small world isn't it ? SockFuzz down below my hug, is my good friend, and she knows her stuff when it comes to T2D, and she is complementing you, wow, I'm impress. Well I'm glad we can actually help each other out here at DS.
Did you go to my community? If you get a chance check it out, and my hug book, see my members how they appreciate my support and knowledge, ect...
I'm very happy to know your here, this will definitely help me with my diabvetes, I haven't been there in a while, there was problems there a while back, so left it alone by I do believe that those who created the problems have put up a sub group. I was offered the job of that community too at the time, but declined, since I have enough of my own community, which is a 24 hours job, sometime, believe me. So how are you today. About the vaccine Friday, I gave Sammy the go ahead for her, since she is in school, and in contact with many many people every day, so for now she will at least have had it, for myself, I am still not quite convince but will continue to think about it. I phone my Doctor's office, and they are closed till Tuesday. So much for that ! anyways nice to see you hear, talk to you soon, this will be so nice to keep in contact with...Too much Mckenzie one day at the time.

Close Diabetes Type 2
I was diagnosed with type 2 a year ago and at the start I was super afraid and wondered how I was going to be able to deal with it but it has been a year now and I have managed to lose over a hundred lbs and I am off meds and feel really good!
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Eating just three smaller portion meals a day and a low carb snack before 8:30 pm. This works wonders!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I walk 30 minutes at least 4 times a week, sometimes I do it twice on some days, working great!
