caught wife having affair in fall of 2006 working on recovery and restablishing trust-very tough but have full committment from both of us.no contact with"other" for over 32 months.affair only lasted 2months but hard to break totally free for three months after that.,adultery only happened 1 time but relationship hidden for the rest -lies,cheating ,deception etc.

- attended for 3 months seemed to work,but she had relapse the last time we went and had to see"other " just to followup of course she realized it was wrong and non productive.it was her weakness and has not done that since

- forgiveness is somewhat a tough process-I have worked on forgiveness it is the "forgetting part that is the most difficult.It has been 17 months but fels like yesterday

my mother who jsut truned 67 was just recently diagnosed with DEMENTIA...been seeing changes in here over the last twelve months has been hard...most of the time she is okay but the other 10% of the time she is off the wall difficult.It is painful to see and to see how my father has to ahndle everything now..
