Close Pneumonia

I had bilateral bacterial (strep) pneumonia. I was on a respirator for ten days and spent a total of 17 in the hospital. I recently arrived home, much weakened by the pneumonia. I get exhausted just from taking a shower and just about anything can wind me. In addition to the muscle weakness caused by the pneumonia, I am now also struggling with a difficulty in sleeping, generalized anxiety, lack of appetite, and problmes with the muscles in my back. The lack of sleep is the worst prob.
