November 29, 1983 my sobriety anniversary. I am a piece of work in progress. I am a mother of 2 daughters. I have 7 grandkids. Been at my job in a level one trauma center in the ER as a clerk/CNA for 21 yrs.

Interests
Love camping, rock collector, spending time along the shore of Lake Superior on the Minnesota side. Water is a healing source for me. Very intune to nature. I am in womens drumming spiritual circle. Doing sweat lodges. I am a spiritual artist. I create healing pieces for others. Student of Shamanism. I am a Lesbian active in the Gay Community. Advocate for WFS(women for sobriety) program. I am a advocate for "SilentLamb" those who have and are dealing with cult abuse. Running out of breath here.

I am smoke free now for 12 yrs. I smoked for 14 yrs. Towards the end I was smoking 3 packs a day.

- I was having problems with ear and sinus infection as the result from smoking. The ENT Doc wanted to put tubes thru the roof of my mouth. I made the decision to quit. I found out that is a painful ordeal to go thru. I was determine to quit.

- The first year I attended 12 step smoking group and my sobriety group. Lots of support from my co-worker.
