Close Gay Men's Challenges
I am a gay pastor who took 40 years to come to the conclusion that, yes, I was gay. In the year after I finally had enough strenght to come out to myself, I came out to my friends, family, colleague, and congreation. I am now out of a call and in a new denomination. I am looking for a call right now and trying to make ends meet.
Close Coming Out
I went from being totally closeted, even to myself, to being out to my family and my whole congregation in a little over a year.

- A good threapist is indespensible!
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- It worked somewhat. I still felt some depression.
- Paxil Somewhat Helpful
- I was not as depressed on Paxil, but I was sleepy and had some unacceptable sexual side effects.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Wellbutrin is working, even thought there are breakthrough depression.
Open Financial Challenges
I was doing fine financially until I came out as a gay man. Then, because I was a pastor, I had to leave my job. It is not possible to get unemployment from a church and I have had difficulty in finding another church/call. I am in default on my home and am not sure how much longer I can make payments on things such as my furniture.

It has been awhile since I have been a teen, but I think I remember some about it.
