- I find that I will almost quit eating, and I end up sabatoging myself.

I am 52 years old, I sometimes feel like I have no control over my eating habits. It is really scary, I feel like I am out of control. I am angry with myself for being so weak, and I end up taking it out on people around me. I don't want to feel like this anymore.
