  Thank you for a kind, warm reply to my not answering the door on Halloween. I go through terrible phases of being unable to face other people. They can last for months at a time.

  Thanks for the hug, been worried about our little Adam. He is getting better thankfully, but it's hard for Donna to get the medicine down him because he spits it out everywhere due to the horrible taste. Also found out last week that he has a peanut allergy and needs an epi-pen in case he has a seriously bad reaction.
  And how are you now? Are things improving and are you feeling ok........been thinking about you. Keep in touch, hugs, Gill xx

  i'm haveing a rough time today, but yestarday was a good day. i went to a new doctor and told her about my eating disorder and my overdose. She is referring me to an eating disoder clinic, they will decide if i do ip or op. She really does care, i dont think she is going to let me slip threw the cracks. And i told her that for me when i od'd that was a cry for help and she said nect time im feeling like that i can come in without an appt and just talk to her. Her husband is also a doctor there so she said i can get to know him to incase she isnt there, then i could talk to him.
  
  for now i'l have to keep going, take everything one day at a time. hopefully today will get better.
