I have been thinking about you, sending healthy well wishes your way. This Lyme roller coaster we are on sure sucks, yet I BELIEVE we will get better. It is wonderful that we have each other to lean on and offer support. Please let me know how you are, what is happening with you as soon as you are able to! Close Lyme Disease
I have a few differant medical issues going on, in Aug. 2007 I was dx'd with cervical cancer (this is the second time I had cancer back in 1985) I went through 13 weeks of treatment and am now waiting untill May 2008 to have another biopsy to see if it worked. In the mean time in Jan.2008 I was dx'd with lymes I did the 21 days of oral antibiotics which did'nt work. I had the IV pic line put in and now am off work till the end of March.
Treatments
- Amoxicillin Working / Worked
- did not work at all
- Ceftriaxone Somewhat Helpful
- Seams to have helped with the soar muscels but not yet the joints or headaches
Close Cervical Cancer
I had cervical cancer back in 1985 after the birth of my second daughter. I had the year of trying cryro and ultimatly had a hysterectomy. Now in aug of 2007 I was once again told I have the same cells but only in the walls. Here I go again just went through 13 weeks of treatment and have to wait till May to have another biopsy done to see if treatment worked. In the meen time in Jan 2008 I was dx'd with lymes disease. I wold just like to get rid of the black cloud over my head.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- I had the hysterectomy in 1985 so I guess it worked till now cells are back
