Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked

When I use it I love it, I try to get into a routine and then I stop for whatever reason and it takes a while to get back at it.

Jenny Craig Working / Worked

It worked at first and then I had to quit because of money. When I went back to it, it didn't work so well.

Physical Exercise Working / Worked

Working out does help.

Swimming Somewhat Helpful

I used to swim every morning but I don't think I was making the right food choices so it didn't work for me. Maybe now that I realize you need both together it might work.

Weight Watchers Working / Worked

I couldn't get into it when I tried it. Found it confusing, but I hear they've changed things.

Xenical Not Working

When I tried this I ended up gaining weight. I knew someone else on it at the same time that had the same effect. Plus the embarassment that goes with it, definitely don't recommend this.
