  yeah to highlight my absence ive just replied to the one of Teu that you sent me lol. i'll prob log off in a few mins but will def reply tomorrow, ive written on my hand so wouldn't forget, it's 12.50 am here and Phil is snoring he comes in and checks on me around 2am, so ive an hour or what still and plan to go watch Supernatural, ive downloaded the series so sit there and step on my stepper from sitting position lol, I know it's no exercise but it makes me feel that ive moved around a bit, i spent today on the floor again, sitting and painting and watching telly, no good
