I always tell my pill doc that's what it feels like, like my skin is crawling up my back and on my head... on a nerve level, not skin. So I am tapping both my feet and trying to sit still... which makes no sense at all. We're at DEFCON 3 and I've taken my pill. I'm trying not to interact with anyone till I settle down. I like to be alone in my room usually, but it's nearly bedtime so I'll stay up.

Later... Ok, feeling better now, still at DEFCON 3 though. Just a little duler.
