I know there are lots of people who have way more pain than  I do but I pushed a little too hard today and then it started to rain at 43 degrees but feels like35. I hurried back home and stretched a little. My word, it's killing me. I had to take a pain pill, which won't work, but it's the thought that counts. Yes I stretched and warmed up and down.

I'm all shaky from my inhailer. Makes it hard to do things oooohhh like type and drink.

Almost forgot the good news, I did go 1/10 of a mile before it started to bother me. No, I was stupid and didn't stop till it started raining. Very cold rain I might add.

I wonder if I should ice or heat my back. Let's start by freezing. Oh little Josh from next door is getting it for me. ... no my son brought it. We're giving Josh his own user on the family computer.. not on my computer

It's a good thing my eldest is willing to go grocery shopping with my mom, which they started back when I fell down the 2 stairs, yes 2, and broke the heck out of my ankle. Like a dork I stayed home and went to the doc the next day. I  heard about that from my neighbor who rescued me and who wanted to take me to the hospital that night.

Emotionally I'm sullen... sad if you will.  Dunno why.
