Well, I'm trying to only take my sleeping pill to get to sleep tonight. I'm on my second cycle and am in the living room writing this. I get so anxious about not being able to sleep that I tend to make SURE I'm going to sleep. I usually add a chill pill and 3-4 Benedryl. Still takes a while, but around 1 I doze off. The outlook so far this evening isn't looking good. I guess I could do some chores. There are some dishes to be done.
The really bad down side of this technique is that I may be a bitch to Sydney (child #3) during school, and too that I may need a nap to drive Jessica (child #1) to her martial arts class at Lenderman's Academy. Nothing like nodding of in rush hour traffic.
So I'm torn, try it now, or on the weekend. Oh, um, hm..... the weekend. We have no plans at all. Oh I feel better already!
