I try to put my faith in my doctors and trust them to take care of me and help me be fit or get fit. I have done all the exercises, gone to the appointments, had the second surgery to remove the hardware (screws). I may be crying wolf but this other doctor did two surgeries on my ankle and fixed the cartilage, then added a couple of screws. When I still was in a lot of pain he took them out. No relief. I went to Doctor Heath, who this morning preformed Arthroscopy surgery. After the surgery Dr. Heath explained that he found a large amount of scare tissue. Not a bit surprise, surprises… he also found a lot of bone fragments or chips I believe he said. It sounded to me like he was annoyed with all the crap he found. At my appointment with him on Friday I’ll ask him if the first doctor should have found all the debris. If maybe the other doctor should have seen it and not taken an extra year of activity with my kids and doing other things I love. I dunno. I’m not going to go all crazy about it, but I want to have an honest answer about what Dr. Heath thought. And I do Highly Recommend Dr. Heath for arthroscopy surgery in Tacoma, Washington.
As I sign off and slow down for bed let me just say that Jessica’s friend is here and cleaning my front room without anyone asking. I can’t even get into the kitchen and she wants me to wait till she’s done. LOLOL No honestly let me say that I’m in a good mood because my foot has only had pain three times and all were when I bumped it.
