So I took Jessica to martial arts to help do an annual deep clean of the place for 4 hours. But I forgot my phone.
I zoomed home and got her friend Mia who was coming to the game to watch Sydney.
Then I dropped the young girls off and dashed off to get Jess who has been calling for a while. Sorry about that... long, depressing game.
My back is wonderful. My MRI shows it's healthier than most people my age. Good news. So where is the pain coming from? I think my muscles have got stuck.
After I had Jessica I had to have some very painful reconstructive surgery. My doctor sent me to this massage school. It was amazing. One day in 9 pain, the next like 2.
I'm going to go this first. then I'll do the pain management and PT.
So wish me well. It's my idea that the breaking my ankle and allll the time for rehab and then the second surgery and rehab..... trashed.
