I've had anxiety disorder my whole life. I've been fighting it for 2 years now. It's controlled me but I finally have answers. But it's been a long road.
Treatments
- Atarax Working / Worked
- Excellent drug. 25mg a day. No more panic attacks and anxiety is to a minimum. Hopefully no bad long term effects. I will be taking it forever & ever.
Close Bipolar Disorder
My doctor and I think that I am mildly BiPolar. I think I have been most of my life but didn't know it. I just knew I wasn't happy. Antidepressants wigged me out. I also have an anxiety problem. Sometimes it controls my life. I'm seeking serious treatment for the first time. I'm glad to have a support group that you don't have to leave the house for.
