I do medical transcription for a large hospital system. The stuff you are talking about can be old stuff that means nothing. I would not let yourself spend a lot of time worrying about it until you get the results back. At our age, we get weird growths! Even if it IS a cancer, it isn't very-far spread or they would be having you in for full body scans, etc. PLEASE let us know what the results show.

My prayers are with you. I have had temporary custody of my grandaughter since December 2007. Both parents signed consents to adopt recently and I am waiting for a hearing. I am sure things will work out fine for you.

Close Grandparents Raising Children
I am 50 yrs old and my husband and I are raising my daughters 2 children ages 8 & 4. They have been with us for 19 months now. My daughter is back in our home 11 months. She is supposedly a recovering drug addict. I have many bad days. We are going to counseling which helps, but sometimes I need to talk to someone who knows what we are going thru.
