I’m With You
I am 3 years post "chemo-brain" and as long as I am not tired I am OK. During chemo I had trouble with people's names that I knew well before. The chemo-brain is real. Rest when you feel that your mind is weak and listen to relaxation music. You simply don't have focus. It's probably temporary and Paychological. You have a lot on your mind. Let go and take it slow!

A tiny car drives up and stops. Twenty clowns crawl out and then Happy Hippy steps out, throwing confetti and glitter all over. She hands you a bunch of helium balloons to lift you above your pain today. She also has a big smile and lots of hugs for you too!

Close Non-hodgkin's Lymphoma
Type: High Grade Non-Hodgkin\'sI am 27 and was diagnosed with non-hodgkins diffuse large b cell lymphoma when i was 25. They found it by accident because I wa playing with my dog twisted my knee and an x-ray showed a 8.5cm by a 5.7cm bone lesion. I have been in remission now for almost 2 years. I apparently had the aggressive kind and if i did not do my treatment i would of dies in 1 year.
Treatments
- R-CHOP Working / Worked
- it worked well but i felft like i became stupid from it i could not think or concentrate not to mention i could not remember anything. i am better now but it was hard for the first year and a half.
Close Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed with fibromyaliga with chronic fatigue syndrome when i was 18 i am now 27 and it is only getting worse. i am trying a new treatment without drugs because I hate the effects of Lyrica.
Treatments
- Acupressure Working / Worked
- worked only while it was being done
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- worked for only a day at best.
- Cyclobenzaprine Somewhat Helpful
- not very helpful with the spasms
- Cymbalta Not Working
- not at all and it made my psychotic and suicidal
- Elavil Working / Worked
- helps me sleep to a certain point but i do not get enough of rem sleep
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- helps but i do not like the weight gain
- Morphine Working / Worked
- works well but i get urges to abuse it by snorting or shooting it up
- Ultram Not Working
- worked for a while but conflicted with my cancer treatments
Open ADHD / ADD
I was diagnosed with ADHD when was 7. i am now 27 and it is still a strong part of my life. I take dexedrine for it which helps. but i have chronic pain and fibromyaliga which makes it worse

Open Degenerative Disc Disease
i was diagnosed when i was 18 with this. I am now 27 and have had a back fusion and will need another one it about 10 years it sucks
