Type: OtherMy son has a problem with sleep. He's afraid of it. Well actually he's afraid that he won't wake up. My ather died 4yrs ago in his own bed in his sleep after a 6yr illness. My son was there when it happened and from that night on I have to check his breathing and pulse several times for him to go to sleep. I tried therapy to no avail and presciption meds (They where horrible) Now we just have a routine.
Open Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
I am the proud mother of a 13yr old boy and a 10yr old girl. My son is a sk8r and my daughter is active in chorus abd math club. Until recently I was raising my 16yr old neice and am still very active in her life.
