I need to stop smoking. I want to be a healthy, active, reasonably slim over 60's. Instead of what I am, an unhealthy, inactive, very overweight over 60's. For me it's a vicious circle..The longer I smoke, the more I cough and wheeze. The more I cough and wheeze the less exercise I can do. The less exercise I do, the fatter I become. The fatter I become, the more depressed I get. The more depressed I get, the more I smoke. I had my last cigarette yesterday evening at 9pm. I need support.
Homeless once, near homeless twice. My blood boils when I'm told "nothing can be done"..It can! It takes, guts, hard work commitment and a big mouth!
