Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I've struggled with weight, depression and anxiety all my life. I've always wanted to be fit--not necessarily thin. I'm getting married in October. My fiance loves me as I am, but I know it's time for a change if I don't want to fall into the same health problems as my parents. I'm hoping to use my wedding date as a catalyst for action.

- It helped me become aware of exactly how much I ate and how much was stress eating.

- It worked at first and helped me stay off the couch, but then I got bored doing the same routine everyday.
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Diabetes runs in my family, so I'm eating less sugars, more vegies and watching my fat.
- Physical Exercise Too Soon to Tell

- Helps me relieve stress and boost my confidence for working out.
- Drinking Water Working / Worked
- Good for weight loss and overall health. I pretty much only drink water, milk and juice now, with soda for special occasions.
