You're right - I just found a website where you can order the book for $12.95 + tax and shipping. Amazon was selling 2 used copies for $42+, and Barnes & Nobles is out of stock on new copies but has a used copy available for $47+! Maybe it's not widely distributed; it seems to be a difficult book to find in spite of its benefits. I'll look forward to reading it - thanks Jack!

Close Anxiety
Recovering from years of gad, panic, depression, ocd and adhd. I used to stress about everything and was on meds for many years before learning how to help myself through my CBT group. Life is getting better everyday for me and I no longer have to take meds.

- Helped me relax but not really with my other probs.
