Dr. appt this morning.... I know my bloodwork is going to come out bad. He is going to fuss and tell me to get back on the meds. bla bla bla...
I counted..43 different supliments every day! at a cost of almost $22 a day! not to mention all the food changes and organics... going natural is not exactly the cheapest or easiest way to go, contrary to the Doc's opinion. Megga meds that the insuance would pay for would be alot cheaper and easier to swallow.
You know, when your young you feel bullet proof and you abuse your body in all sorts of ways! OMG! I'm not bullet proof! I want to live to see my grandbabies get married!
