My pledge to me and those who love me
I will love myself enough to walk 6 days a week.
I will love myself enough to lift 3 days a week
I will love myself enough to walk away from unhealthy food.
I will love myself enough to eat all my calories and keep my carb count healthy.
I will love myself enough to journal my food and exercise on DP.
I will love myself enough to drink my water.
I will love myself enough to go to bed and get my rest
I will love myself enough to be happy with what I am doing right.
Lastly
I will love myself enough to read and remake this pledge every day!
