  Just wanted to send a hug your way today. I am a disabled widow living in Stockton, California. Several years ago I fought the losing 100 lbs challange and did it in less then a year. Now with the CFIDS disability the weight changes depending on how I am able to function physically. Has not gone over +50 though thankfully. I now grow much of my own food in my gardens so eatting naturally without all those store bought chemicals seems to be helping with the weight control without my having to force the issue one bit. The exhustion of the CFIDS is really severe most days and that is why I am now surviving on my late husband's SSA through the Disabled Widow's Program. My home, pets and garden along with wonderful memories of my husband are what keep me sane - at least what sanity is left to me LOL. We must keep laughing if at all possible - Best pain med around.   Howe Dee Happy! I am staying--see my message on the Discussion Board, "Why DS works--READ!!" Remember the time you walked out of the rest room bck into the restaurant and you notice people looking at you. You stop and start looking at yourself up and down and notice there is a pice of toilet paper stuck to your shoe. You take one foot and try dragging it off discreetly but it won't budge and then worse yet--it sticks to the other shoe. I am like that little piece of paper--it just keeps in sticking--sorry Charlie!
