Can't believe it on Thursday the dizziness was back....i'm in bed again and turned onto my back and there it was. I'm soooo disappointed thought this was working ,i'm seeing the specialist again on Friday so hope they have answers for me.

It's been ages since i updated this....iv'e now had the epley done 3 times ans i needed to do it once at home which was very scary but i'm pleased to say that fingers crossed all the dizziness and headaches are gone!!!! i'm still to scared to sleep on the left side and still sleep on 2 or 3 pillows but i can live with this it's 99% better than a few months ago i have even been on my first holiday abroad.... so anyone else out there get yourself a good ENT specialist and try everything.
