On monday the 31 st i had my first appointment with and ENT specialist...i had all the hearing tests and the marching on the spot with your eyes closed.....can't believe i turned from facing at 12 oclock to 9 and it didnt even feel as if i moved from the spot.
Turns out i do have BPPV and i had the epley maneuver done...which wasn't as bad as i thought it would be...did the sleeping at 45 degress for 5 days...must say the dizziness has gone, still have the bad headache at times.
Going back again on the 18th.
