4 weeks and still dizzy Mood

Well its over 4 weeks since these attacks started and i'm still feeling them...some days i just want to wake up and find i'm better...so i'm finding it hard.

I've been off the stemetil for 2 days now trying to cope without them...not sure it's working though.
