Well after nearly a week of having to sleep sitting up im able to lay on two pillows making sleep a little easier.Still dizzy with lots of headaches and some noises drive me crazy.
Still on stemetil down to 2 tablets a day...terrible time on betahistine so i won't be trying them again.

Yesterday was my first day on betahistine,im hoping this will work better than stemetil has in helping me at night time
