Each year, during the month of January I reappraise the goals I have set for myself.  I try to look at what I have done in the past, which activity is most satisfying, which activity fits in best with my personal values.

I have several goals.  I am continuing to look for a partner.  I am trying to live a life based around the philosophy of love and serve.  I also have been on a trek to improve and increase my spirituality. 

Actually, what ever I am doing, I find it very satisfying.  Sure, like any body I am worried a bout the economy, about the state of the nation and things like that.  But, all in all, I am happier now than I have ever been and ever thought possible.

So my current goal is to continue to improve my spirituality. 

I have not been active in any organized religion for a  number of years.  I found myself out of sync with most Christians.  However, I have found a religion that seems to pretty much believe the same things as me. 

One of the subgoals I am setting for this new year is to become active in a religious community again.  I will gather as much data and information about a religion called Bahai as I can.  I will make a decision if this is the religion for me by spring. Lets say May 1.
