  I was reading one of your responses in the DID group and just wanted to make a quick comment. Imho it is normal for an alter personality to have made contact with you. They obviosuly trust you and that is somethignof major importance. From what I my perosnalities have told me they amde delibrite contact with a friend before they made that contact with me because making that contact with me often meant I then became aware of the trauma I was not aware of, something they did not know whether or not I would be able to cope with the new understandings of my childhood
