I have spent the last five years battling with bipolar disorder. It has been the most difficult thing that life has ever handed me. I have felt on top of the world and I have felt like there was nothing to live for. Today this disorder has been the biggest blessing of my life, it has forced me to get to know myself, it has forced me to talk about what I am feeling, and it has most importantly forced me to stay sober. My life is beyond my wildest dreams today. I know you can do it too.
