I am 26 years old, I recently left my husband for being abusive, he has somehow managed to take our 2 year old away from me, and I'm just strugling to get up every day and fight to get her back and divorced from him

I married my 2 year old's father 4 months ago and entered something i didn't know existed in him. He would try to orce himself to have sex with me, he was always threatening to take my daughter away since i din't have any source of income but his, he locked me in my bedroom until i agreed to have sex with him. It was one of the most horrifying experiences i had to go through. On jan. 20th I finally had enough and called the police, i filed domestic charges agains him.

I have am in the middle of a divorce/ custody battle with my husband. i had our daughter out of wedlock and married him recently for only 3 months. now he is seeking full custody and before we married he provided for our daughter and i financially and now i have nothing. i can't afford an attorney but he has a lot of money.
