I will try and write a new entry after each appointment, but for now my treatment is on hold until I have the money to order the dilators and etc. I really need to start using them so that my progress doesn't go back to the beginning after each appointment like it has been. I had a lot going on this week anyways with babysitting a lot and helping my best friend move. Another friend also went into labor with complications this week. Mom is fine, the baby has an irregular heart beat and fluid in his lungs as well as an infection. So I have been trying be supportive to her, and my other friend that also had a pretty crappy week. I'm not sure how many people actually read my journal, but hey..maybe it'll help someone out there.

I do plan on finding a way to get Botox injections to help keep the muscles somewhat relaxed because every time I get upset at all or stressed the muscle gets tighter and seems to stay that way. yeah but didnt you say that the PFD is currently being trigggered by the other one and that if you treat the other one the pfd would go away with it?
