i am a 26 year old father of a 1and a half year old i have a loving fiance. and in the last year and half has been the best (because of my son) but the worst because of these new feelings / symptoms.

I'm so glad to hear that you're doing better. It's wonderful that you're able to sleep well. I'm having a hard time with that right now. We had a wonderful Easter. We went to church and then spent the afternoon with family and friends.

Close Panic Attacks
i have panic attacks here and there but i have a constant feeling of anxiety. i've takin xanax with no help and i've tried counsiling wich helped a little. i guess the big thing for me is i'm always tired and light headed constantly with feeling of anxiety all the time as well

- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- works to some degree
- Xanax Not Working
- didn't use it enough to know but i wanna do this as drug free as possible
