My father died suddenly 19 years ago and memories of that event were put to the back of my mind. Recently I lost a dear friend and work colleauge very suddenly and although I have tried to hide how it has affected me it has brought back alot of past memories for me that I never dealt with thus having me finally diagnosed with depression.
I had a total abdominal hysterectomy on the 6/6/2006 after years of pain and anaemia. I am on no medication as my ovaries were not removed. This operation was the best desicion of my life, I have been pain free and no longer anaemic.
Diagnosed with depression in March 08 after losing a dear friend to cancer, this also brought back supressed memories of my fathers death which I have never dealt with.
Going through divorce, and trying to help my teenager cope with the changes in our lives.
In a new relationship after seperating from my husband. I have a son (16) who I am trying to help adjust to this new life but I feel like I am just getting nowhere with him, looking for advice from anyone who has been through it. Thank u
