  Sorry to hear of your problems. My mom has had dementia for a little over a year. She would say terrible things about our family that were not true and it took me a while to figure out it was dementia. She also was paranoid. That was difficult and painful to watch, but I got used to it. Now she can't even speak or move. She is in a nursing home under Hospice care and has had a feeding tube in for about a year. She stopped eating because she thought the food was being poisened. I can't imagine how that must feel. Anyway, I live in Iowa and my dad and 3 brothers live in Florida and they have not much to do with our mom, so I know how pettiness can be for sure. I just wanted to give you a BIG HUG and hang in there and be strong. If you need to vent, let me know. I hope you have a good Christmas. Love/Hugs Catie

  are you feeling any better? i hope so! i am feeling a little worse, but i have had way worse so i know i can get through this bad time right now. i wish some of us could get together and go out for a drink! lol! :)

  Read your post, i'm so with you on everything. I never got married either because of all the crap that happened to me by my family......... I'm now alone too. Can't say much for recovery bucause i just started to put 2 and 2 together and realize what happened....
